All products sold by SamRoje are authentic handcrafted items. Because each piece is made by hand, slight variations in color, texture, and dimensions are natural and expected — they are a feature of authentic craftsmanship, not a defect.

We make every effort to accurately represent products through descriptions and images. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

3. Orders and Pricing

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., pricing errors, fraud suspicion).
  • Orders are confirmed only after our team has verified availability and contacted you for COD arrangements.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided by customers.

4. Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment is due upon delivery. If you are unavailable to receive your order after multiple delivery attempts, the order may be cancelled.

5. Shipping

  • Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within Egypt.
  • International shipping timelines may vary.
  • Free shipping is available on orders over EGP 2000.
  • SamRoje is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs.

7. Limitation of Liability

SamRoje shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
